Daily Wisdom Challenge - Week 50

On January 1, I began my second-ever year long bible study.  Our pastor calls it the Daily Wisdom Challenge {or the "Twitter Bible Study"}.  The purpose is to engage in a reading plan for a year, and post insight from your reading each day, in 140 characters or less!  You can find a reading plan at YouVersion.

Here is what I learned over the past week:

Ps 129:2 Though we may be persecuted, we cannot be defeated with the power if God on our side.

Ps 130:7-8 The love of The Lord never ends. No matter what we are going through. He loves us and redeems our sin.

Prov 29:23 How much more honorable to humble ourselves for others than to be humbled because we let our pride get in the way.

Prov 29:25 Do not fear people but, rather, trust in The Lord. In Him there is safety.

Prov 29:26 Who are we living to please? After all, it is the judgment of The Lord that matters.

Micah 2:11 There are people out there who talk a good line, elevating worldly things to great heights. Beware the truth that you follow. It may not be "truth".

Prov 30:6 The Word is truth. There is nothing we can add to make it better than it already is!
