Daily Wisdom Challenge - Week 38

On January 1, I began my second-ever year long bible study.  Our pastor calls it the Daily Wisdom Challenge {or the "Twitter Bible Study"}.  The purpose is to engage in a reading plan for a year, and post insight from your reading each day, in 140 characters or less!  You can find a reading plan at YouVersion.

Here is what I learned over the past week:

Gal 3:2 We are all prisoners of sin. Through Christ we are offered freedom from the bondage of that sin!

Ps 62:7 Victory comes from God alone. Nothing can change that!

Gal 5:9 Be aware of false teachings. They will hold you back from receiving all the wonderful things God has planned for you.

Gal 5:13 We are called to live in freedom but just because we are free, that does not give us free reign to do whatever we please. We should be serving others in love.

Gal 6:3 You just aren't as important as you think you are! Now what's your excuse for not serving??

Isaiah 40:8 The one sure thing in this life is knowing that God's love is always present. It has been, is now, and always will be.

Eph 2:10 You aren't just a random being - you are a work of art created by God to fulfill a plan He made for you before you existed!
