Daily Wisdom Challenge - Week 35

On January 1, I began my second-ever year long bible study.  Our pastor calls it the Daily Wisdom Challenge {or the "Twitter Bible Study"}.  The purpose is to engage in a reading plan for a year, and post insight from your reading each day, in 140 characters or less!  You can find a reading plan at YouVersion.

Here is what I learned over the past week:

Prov 22:6 What you teach your children when they are young will have a lasting effect. Train them on the right path from the beginning!

Ps 42:8 No matter what we are going through, God is with you pouring His love on you. Cry out to him in times of trouble.

2 Cor 3:18 May we strive to become more Christ-like so that we may bring Him more glory and experience they joy He has in store for us.

Ps 44:5-7 Our victory over the enemy comes not from weapons we have stored up, but from Christ alone!

2 Cor 4:18 Don't spend so much time focusing on the things of this world that will pass - they are nothing compared to the eternal glory that awaits.

2 Cor 5:21 Christ died taking our sins on himself so that we could be reconciled to God. Truly grateful.

2 Cor 6:8 In good times or bad...serve God. No matter your opposition...serve God.
