Daily Wisdom Challenge 2012 - Week 26

On January 1, I began my second-ever year long bible study.Our pastor calls it the "Daily Wisdom Challengeor the "Twitter Bible Study".

The purpose is to engage in a reading plan for a year, and each day, post insight from your reading in 140 characters or less.

Here is what I learned this past week:
{links included for the scripture referenced only}

Ps 149:3-5 God delights in US - as we glorify His name for all his marvelous works, we should rejoice in how much He loves us!

Acts 20:29-30 We must arm ourselves with the truth of God found in the Word for even from among us will come false teachers.

Acts 19:32 Don't just be swept up in the crowd - be sure you know the details of what it is that you are fighting for or against!

Prov 18:2 When we speak only to hear ourselves and our opinions, we leave no room for the wisdom that can only come from God.

Ps 145:14 When you are feeling weighed down or heavily burdened,turn to God for He will lift you up.

Prov 17:27-28 Guard your words. Much can be said with fewer of them!

Ps 143:8 Be in the Word each day. Seek wisdom and ask God to show you he right path. He will be faithful to you.
