Daily Wisdom Challenge 2012 - Week 13

On January 1, I began my second-ever year long bible study.Our pastor calls it the "Daily Wisdom Challengeor the "Twitter Bible Study".

The purpose is to engage in a reading plan for a year, and each day, post insight from your reading in 140 characters or less.

Here is what I learned this past week:

Proverbs 11:30 May our deeds be good and life-giving.

Proverbs 12:1 If you despise correction, you will never learn.  Wisdom comes through discipline.

Luke 8:17 It is useless to try to keep secrets, for everything shall eventually come into the light.

Deuteronomy 11:16 We must carefully guard our hearts against deception that would lead us to worship anything other than God.

Psalm 71:20 God is faithful and merciful. Even in times of great trial, we can always trust in Him to restore us.

Luke 9:12-17 When faced with a seemingly impossible task, remember that He is able. He makes possible what we consider impossible.

Psalm 73:18 The wicked are led on a path towards destruction, but the godly are granted wisdom and are set on a path of righteousness.
