I have been engaged in a daily bible study online since January 1st of this year.
Our pastor calls it the "Daily Wisdom Challenge."
Each day, I post the insight from my readings.
I am doing a Chronological study this year.  I am now 92.1% complete!

Here is what I learned this past week:

Acts 17:27 God's purpose is for all nations to seek after him, though he is with us always. "For in him we live and move and exist." (Acts 17)

2 Thess 3:3 Be steadfast and strong in your faith. "But the lord is faithful; he will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one."  (1 Thessalonians 1 - 5, 2 Thessalonians 1 - 3)

Acts 19 It is  not enough to just repent of your sins. You must accept and believe in Jesus as your savior to be baptized with the Spirit.  (Acts 18 - 19)

1 Cor 3:7 "It is not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What's important is that God makes the seed grow." / AMEN!  (1 Corinthians 1 - 4)

1 Cor 5-6 Just because we THINK we can do anything, doesn't mean we SHOULD. Ask this - does it honor God & the price He paid for us?  (1 Corinthians 5  - 8)

1 Cor 10:12-13 There will be temptation in life. God in His faithfulness won't allow it to be more than you can endure; He will lead you out  (1 Corinthians 9 - 11)

1 Corinthians 13 So many important things in this life-knowledge, wisdom, sacrifice; but if it is gained/used without love, what is it for?  (1 Corinthians 12 - 14)
