Things I learned from the Daily Wisdom Challenge this week:


Habakkuk 3 Though we may live in oppression & many trials, trust in the Lord. He is our strength. He will rescue us from our troubles!  (Habakkuk 1 - 3)

Jer 42 When there is confusion and you don't know which direction to turn, pray to the Lord for guidance. He will set you on the right path.  (Jeremiah 41 - 45)

Jer 48 Trusting in your own wealth/skill over the Lord will only bring about destruction.Trust in the Lord and honor Him through your works.  (Jeremiah 46 - 48)

Jer 50 When you are lost and don't know where to go, seek the Lord. He will give you rest and set you on the right path.  (Jeremiah 49 - 50)

Jer 51 Do not put your faith/trust in worthless idols - they have no power. God is not an idol. He is the Creator of all.  (Jeremiah 51 - 52)

Lam 1-2 Let us not behave as if there were no consequences to be had for our destructive, sinful lives. How we behave affects our Father.  (Lamentations 1 - 2)

Lam 3 "Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning."//So grateful to serve a God whose love is never failing.  (Lamentations 3 - 5)
